# Create and Manage Multiple Workspaces in AgencyHandy

> Run up to 5 independent workspaces from one account on Business Pro. Create, switch between, and delete workspaces to keep agencies cleanly separated.

If you run more than one agency — or manage distinct business units that need completely separate environments — AgencyHandy lets you create multiple workspaces under a single account. Each workspace is fully independent, with its own clients, services, orders, team members, settings, and branding. You switch between them in seconds without ever logging out.

## Who can use multiple workspaces

Multiple workspaces are available on the **Business Pro** plan, which supports **up to 5 workspaces**. The Freelancer and Team Starter plans include a single workspace each.

<Note>
  If you're on Freelancer or Team Starter and need multiple workspaces, upgrade to Business Pro from **Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription**.
</Note>
