## Manage your subscription

    Click **Settings** in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.

  <Step title="Go to Subscription">
    Click the **Subscription** button to enter the subscription management section. You'll see a summary of your current plan, its included features, and pricing.

    Click **Manage Subscription** to enter the billing tab, where you can:

    * **Upgrade your plan** — click **Upgrade Plan** and follow the prompts to select a new tier.
    * **Change or add a payment method** — update your credit card or add an alternative payment method.
    * **Update billing information** — edit your billing email and company name for accurate invoicing.
    * **Review invoice history** — see all past transactions with payment status and dates.

  Plan upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, AgencyHandy prorates the difference so you only pay for what you use.

  Before upgrading or downgrading, check how a plan change will affect your current data. If you downgrade below a threshold (for example, from Business Pro to Team Starter), you lose access to extra workspaces and the workspace data within them. Export or consolidate any data before switching.

## Frequently asked questions

  Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading is also possible and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  Your data remains accessible until the end of your paid billing period. After that, the account moves to a restricted state. Export your data before your subscription expires to avoid losing access.
