3.1.2 Purchase a Service

The "Purchase Service" feature in Agency Handy allows clients to seamlessly procure services offered within the platform. Clients can complete transactions securely using their preferred banking or online payment systems, such as PayPal or Stripe.

Purpose:

This feature streamlines the service acquisition process for clients, enabling them to effortlessly access and engage with desired services offered by the agency. It facilitates convenient and secure payment transactions, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Pre-condition:

  • Clients must have an active account on Agency Handy and be logged in to initiate service purchases.

  • Additionally, clients should have access to their preferred banking or online payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) with valid payment methods configured.

Steps to Use:

  • Navigate to Services: Log in to your Agency Handy account as a client and navigate to the "Services" section of the platform.

  • Select Desired Service: Browse through the available services and select the one you wish to purchase.

  • Access Service Details: Click on the selected service to access its details page, where you can review information such as description, pricing, and other relevant details.

  • Initiate Purchase: Look for the "Purchase" button on the service details page. Click on it to proceed with the purchase.

  • Choose Payment Method: Upon initiating the purchase, you will be prompted to choose a payment method. Select your preferred banking or online payment system, such as PayPal or Stripe.

  • Complete Payment: Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction securely. Agency Handy ensures the confidentiality and security of your payment information.

  • Confirmation: After successfully completing the payment transaction, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that the service has been purchased.

  • Access Purchased Service: Once the purchase is confirmed, you can access the purchased service immediately or as per the terms specified by the agency. Navigate to the appropriate section of the platform to begin utilizing the service.
