This feature allows users to configure the Meta Title, Meta Description, and Meta Image for any shared workspace or custom domain (e.g., client portal or project page). This ensures a consistent and professional look when links are shared across platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, WhatsApp, and more. Additionally, users can reset all custom metadata to default settings with a single click.
Enable users to customize the Meta Title and Meta Description for link previews.
Allow users to upload a custom image that appears in link previews.
Ensure previews are consistent and attractive across different platforms.
🛠️ Permissions Required: Only Super Admins and Admins can configure this feature.
🌐 Domain Access: The workspace or custom domain must be verified and linked correctly.
Log in to your Agency Handy account.
Navigate to Workspace Settings → Portal SEO.
Click on Meta Title & Description Settings.
📌 Make sure you have Admin access to see these options.
Enter a custom Meta Title (Optional, max 120 characters).
This title appears as the main heading in the link preview.
💡 Tip: Keep it concise and descriptive for better visibility.
Enter a custom Meta Description (Optional, max 300 characters).
This text appears as the description in the link preview.
💡 Tip: Summarize key benefits or important information in this space.
Upload a custom Meta Image (Optional).
Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, JPG.
Recommended size: 1200×630 px, max size 5 MB.
⚠️ Ensure the image is clear, professional, and represents your brand effectively.
During the changes, look at the right side to check how it looks.
A mockup of the link preview will appear, showing how it will look on platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
If adjustments are needed, edit the fields and click Save Changes.
Click the Reset to Default button in the top right corner of the page.
This action will revert all fields to the default workspace settings.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Ensure you want to reset before proceeding.
Title: Use clear, specific titles that reflect the workspace's purpose.
Description: Highlight key benefits or important information.
Image: Use a clean, branded image that reflects professionalism.
Image not displaying correctly: Ensure it is within the size limit ( 5 MB ) and in a supported format.
Title or description missing in previews: Clear browser cache and refresh the link preview.
Link not updating on social platforms: Social platforms cache metadata. Use tools like Facebook Debugger to refresh the cache.
