Proposal Settings
Proposal Settings allow you to customize the appearance, numbering, visibility, and reminder behavior of proposals. These settings control how proposals look to clients and how they are structured internally, ensuring consistency with your agency’s branding and workflow.
What You Can Do
Define a custom proposal number format
Upload and display your agency logo
Customize background, theme, and text colors
Hide specific proposal sections from client view
Add an agency signature
Configure proposal reminder behavior
Preview all changes in real time before saving

Who Can Use This

Accessing Proposal Settings
Navigate to:
left Column → Proposals → Settings (at the top right corner)
This opens the Proposal Settings page, with a live preview on the right.
Proposal Number Format
Proposal Prefix
Set a custom prefix for proposal IDs (e.g.,
PRO-)The system automatically appends dates or numbers after the prefix
Helps maintain consistent internal tracking and identification
Style: Text & Logo
Logo
Upload your agency logo (recommended size: 32×32)
The logo appears at the top of every proposal
Optional — proposals can be sent without a logo
Style: Color
Background Color
Sets the overall background color of the proposal
Default is white (
#ffffff)
Theme Color
Controls accent elements such as borders, dividers, and headings
Used consistently across the proposal layout
Text Color
Defines the primary text color for content sections
Ensures readability and brand alignment
Hide Content
You can choose to hide specific sections from client-facing proposals:

About Us
Tax Rates
Company Name
Hidden sections will not appear in the proposal preview or public view.
Agency Signature
Add a custom agency signature
Signature appears at the bottom of proposals
Useful for branding, legal acknowledgment, or sign-off text
Proposal Reminder Settings
Configure automated reminders for pending proposals
Helps follow up with clients who haven’t responded
Reminder rules can be edited or disabled as needed
Live Preview
All changes are reflected instantly in the preview panel
Shows how the proposal will appear to clients
Ensures accuracy before saving changes
Saving Changes
Click Save to apply all settings
Click Cancel to discard changes
Saved settings apply to all new proposals going forward
Additional Notes
Proposal Settings apply globally across the workspace
Existing proposals remain unchanged unless edited
Colors and hidden sections affect both the preview and the public view
Proposal numbering follows the defined prefix automatically
