Company Accounts (B2B)

The Company Accounts feature allows agencies to manage businesses as clients while supporting multiple contacts under the same company. This makes it easier to collaborate with teams, send proposals or invoices at the company level, and maintain a clear relationship between people and the organization they belong to.

Company accounts work alongside existing individual clients, so agencies can support both B2B (companies) and B2C (individuals) without changing their current workflow.

Companies and their members can be accessed and managed from both the Clients and Leads sections.

What You Can Do

  • Create a company profile and assign an owner

  • Add multiple members to a company

  • Convert leads into company accounts

  • Deleting a member keeps the individual client record

  • Duplicate company creation from leads is prevented

  • A company owner can belong to another company

  • Company accounts do not introduce advanced permissions in this version

  • Billing and approval workflows remain unchanged

  • The feature is designed to remain compatible with existing individual client workflows

  • Agencies can continue operating with both B2B and B2C clients without changing their processes

  • If you remove a member from the company, he/she will be removed from the whole workspace. You will have to add him/her again.
