Setting Up Profile

The Profile Settings feature in AgencyHandy allows users to update their personal information, change profile pictures, and manage passwords for better security and customization.

What:

This feature enables users to:

  • Edit their name and profile information.

  • Upload or change their profile picture.

  • Update their password for security.

Why:

  • Personalization – Keep your profile updated with the latest information.

  • Security – Ensure account safety by updating passwords periodically.

  • Professionalism – Maintain a professional appearance by adding a profile picture.

Pre-conditions:

  • A registered AgencyHandy account.

  • Appropriate user access to modify profile settings.

Steps to Use:

1. Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Log in to your AgencyHandy account.

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner.

  3. Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Editing Profile Information

  1. In the Profile Settings page, locate the Edit button at the right.

  2. Click on the Name field to update your name.

  3. Click Save Changes to apply updates.

3. Updating Profile Picture

  1. Click on the Update Profile Picture section.

  2. Choose Upload New Picture and select an image (Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG).

  3. Adjust or crop the image if needed.

  4. Click Save to update the profile picture.

4. Changing Password

  1. Navigate to the Password section.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter a new password (must include a number, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character).

  4. Re-enter the new password to confirm.

  5. Click Update Password to apply changes.

Important Notes:

  • Profile pictures must be less than 5MB in size.

  • Password updates require entering the current password for verification.

  • If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

  • Always keep your profile updated for accurate representation.

Now your AgencyHandy profile is set up and secure! 🎉
