3.1.1 View Service Details

The "View Service Details" feature in Agency Handy allows clients to access comprehensive information about specific services offered within the platform. Clients can review essential details such as service photo, description, pricing (one-time or recurring), currency, quantity, and duration.

Purpose:

This feature empowers clients to make informed decisions when selecting services by providing precise and detailed information about each service's offerings and specifications.

Pre-condition:

  • Clients must have an active account and be logged in to Agency Handy to access the service details.

  • Additionally, they should have permission to view service information based on their user roles and access levels.

Steps to Use:

  • Navigate to Services: Log in to your Agency Handy account as a client and navigate to the "Services" section of the platform.

  • Select Service: Browse through the list of available services and select the one for which you wish to view details.

  • Access Service Details: Click on the selected service to access its details page.

  • Review Information: On the service details page, review essential information such as the service photo, description, pricing (one-time or recurring), currency, quantity, and duration.

  • Additional Actions: Depending on the service details provided, clients may take additional actions such as purchasing the service, sending a proposal, or contacting support for further inquiries.
