3.1.4 Share URL of a Service

The "Share URL of a Service" feature in Agency Handy allows clients to easily share the URL link of a specific service with others. This feature simplifies the process of sharing service information and facilitates communication between clients and their contacts.

Purpose:

This feature enables clients to quickly and conveniently share details about a particular service offered within Agency Handy with colleagues, collaborators, or anyone else who may be interested. It promotes transparency and facilitates communication regarding available services.

Pre-condition:

  • Clients must have an active account on Agency Handy and be logged in to access the "Share URL of a Service" feature.

  • Additionally, the service they wish to share must be accessible and viewable within their account.

Steps to Use:

  • Navigate to Service Details: Log in to your Agency Handy account as a client and navigate to the specific service for which you want to share the URL.

  • Access URL Link: Once you're on the service details page, locate the option to share the URL link. This option is typically represented by an icon or a text link labeled "Share" or "Copy URL."

  • Copy URL: Click on the "Share" or "Copy URL" option to copy the service's URL link to your clipboard.

  • Share URL: Paste the copied URL link into the desired communication channel (e.g., email, chat, social media) to share it with your contacts.

  • Notify Recipients (Optional): If necessary, notify your recipients that you have shared the URL link of a service from Agency Handy and provide any additional context or instructions as needed.
