Public Form – Show in Client Portal

The Public Form – Show in Client Portal feature allows agency-side users to display selected public forms directly inside the client’s portal. This centralizes form collection, ensures clients always know where to submit information, and removes the need to share external links. Super Admin, Admin, and Manager roles can access this feature.

  • Show any public form directly inside the client portal

  • Control which clients can view and submit the form

  • Allow one-time submission or enable multiple submissions

Getting Started

To make a public form visible in the client portal, open the form’s Share settings. Inside the Share Public Form modal, you’ll find visibility options that control how and where clients can access the form. Once enabled, the form appears automatically in the client’s Forms section.

How to Show a Public Form in the Client Portal

  1. Go to Forms → Public Form

  2. Select any public form

  3. Click the three-dot menu on the form

  4. Choose Share Form

  5. In the popup, enable:

    • Show this form in Client’s Portal

  6. (Optional) Enable One client can submit multiple responses

  7. Ensure the correct clients are listed under Shared With

  8. Click Send or simply close—the visibility is saved automatically

Where Clients See It

When enabled, the form will appear inside the Client Portal → Forms section.

Clients can:

  • Open the form

  • Fill out and submit responses

  • Submit multiple times (if allowed)

Additional Notes

  • Only clients listed under Shared With will see the form inside their portal

  • Enabling multiple submissions allows clients to submit the same form repeatedly

  • Forms appear under the Forms tab in the client portal

  • Disabling “Show this form in Client’s Portal” hides it immediately

  • Public Forms shared via email and portal can be accessed from both places

  • No login is required for public link submissions, but portal submissions require client login

  • All submitted responses can be viewed by agency-side users under the form details
