Public Form – Show in Client Portal

Go to Forms → Public Form
Select any public form
Click the three-dot menu on the form
Choose Share Form
In the popup, enable:

(Optional) Enable One client can submit multiple responses
Ensure the correct clients are listed under Shared With
Click Send or simply close—the visibility is saved automatically

Where Clients See It
When enabled, the form will appear inside the Client Portal → Forms section.
Clients can:
Open the form
Fill out and submit responses
Submit multiple times (if allowed)

Additional Notes
Only clients listed under Shared With will see the form inside their portal

Forms appear under the Forms tab in the client portal
Disabling “Show this form in Client’s Portal” hides it immediately
Public Forms shared via email and portal can be accessed from both places
