Your AgencyHandy profile is the identity your clients and teammates see across the platform — from order conversations to file comments. Keeping it accurate and up to date makes collaboration clearer and ensures account security. This page walks you through updating your personal details, setting a profile picture, changing your password, customising your notification preferences, and redeeming a promotional code.

Update your profile information

Go to Profile Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the interface, then select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.

Edit your name

On the Profile Settings page, click the Edit button on the right side. Click into the Name field and type your updated name.

Save your changes

Click Save Changes to apply the update. Your new name appears immediately across the platform.

Upload or change your profile picture

A profile picture helps clients and teammates identify you at a glance in conversations and task comments.

Open the profile picture section

In Profile Settings, click the Update Profile Picture area (the current avatar or the placeholder circle).

Select a new image

Click Upload New Picture and choose an image from your device. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG. Maximum file size: 5 MB.

Adjust and save

Crop or adjust the image as needed in the editor, then click Save. Your new avatar is applied immediately.
If your profile picture isn’t updating, check that the file is under 5 MB and in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format.

Change your password

Updating your password regularly helps keep your account secure.

Navigate to the Password section

In Profile Settings, scroll down to the Password section.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the Current Password field. This confirms it’s you making the change.

Set your new password

Enter a new password in the New Password field. Your password must include all of the following:
  • At least one number
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #)

Confirm and apply

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field, then click Update Password.
If you forget your current password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email. You cannot update your password from Profile Settings without knowing your current one.

Configure notification settings

AgencyHandy lets you choose which events trigger a notification and whether those notifications are delivered in-app, by email, or both. Every user manages their own preferences independently.

Open Notification Settings

In the sidebar, click Settings, then select the Notification Settings tab at the top of the page.

Browse notification categories

Notifications are grouped by event type. You will see sections for:
  • Task & Ticket — e.g., when a client creates a new support ticket
  • Orders — e.g., when a client places a new order
  • Payments — e.g., when a payment is successfully processed
  • Comments — e.g., when someone adds a comment or file feedback

Enable or disable channels

For each event, tick or untick the In App and Mail checkboxes to control how you receive that alert.Hover over the icon next to any event name to read a description of exactly when that notification fires.

Save your preferences

Changes are saved automatically as you tick or untick each checkbox — no need to click a separate Save button.

If your inbox is getting noisy, disable Mail notifications for lower-priority events like comments and keep email alerts only for high-impact events like new orders and payments.

Reset to defaults

If you want to restore all notification preferences to the original workspace configuration, scroll to the bottom of the Notification Settings page and click Reset to Default.
Notification preferences are personal — resetting your preferences does not affect any other user’s settings. Only Super Admins can reset global workspace defaults.

Redeem a promotional code

If you have received a promotional or discount code from AgencyHandy, you can redeem it directly from your account settings.

Navigate to Settings

Click Settings in the left-hand sidebar.

Open the Redeem Promotion Code section

Look for the Redeem Promotion Code option within Settings and click it.

Enter your code

Type or paste your promotional code into the input field and click Redeem.

Confirm the discount

AgencyHandy validates the code and applies the discount to your account. A confirmation message shows the benefit that has been applied.
