Redeem Promotion Code

The Redeem Promotion Code feature in AgencyHandy allows users to apply promotional codes for discounts or special offers on their selected subscription plans.

What:

This feature enables users to redeem valid promotion codes and receive discounts on their current or new AgencyHandy subscription plan.

Why:

• Cost Savings – Apply promo codes to avail of discounts and special offers.

• Flexible Plan Adjustments – Use promotional offers to upgrade or extend subscriptions at a reduced cost.

• User Convenience – Easily redeem promo codes without manual verification.

Pre-conditions:

• A registered AgencyHandy account.

• An active or upcoming subscription plan.

• A valid promotion code provided by AgencyHandy.

Steps to Use:

1. Access the Redeem Promotion Code Section

1. Log in to your AgencyHandy account.

2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner.

3. Select Billing & Subscription from the dropdown menu.

4. Locate the Redeem Promotion Code section.

2. Enter and Apply the Code

1. Click on Enter Code and type or paste your Promotion Code.

2. Click Apply Code to validate.

3. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your selected plan.

3. Confirm and Complete Redemption

1. Review the updated pricing and discount details.

2. Click Confirm & Apply to finalize the redemption.

3. A confirmation message will appear once the promotion is successfully applied.

Important Notes:

• Promotion codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.

• Codes may have expiration dates—check the validity before applying.

• Some promo codes apply only to specific plans or new users.

• If a code doesn’t work, ensure it hasn’t expired or been previously used.

• Discounts from promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.
