Account Verification in AgencyHandy ensures user security and account legitimacy by confirming user identity and protecting against unauthorized access.

What is Account Verification?

Account Verification is a security process requiring users to verify their identity by entering a unique code sent to their email. This feature enhances platform security, boosts user credibility, and provides access to premium features for verified accounts.

Pre-conditions to Use it:

• A valid email address is registered with your AgencyHandy account.

• Access to the registered email inbox to receive the verification code.

Steps to Use: Account Verification

1. Access the Verification Tab:

   • Log in to your AgencyHandy account.

   • Look for the Verify tab in the top-right corner and click on it.

   
2. Receive and Enter the Verification Code:

   • AgencyHandy will send a verification code to your registered email.

   • Open your email, copy the code, and paste it into the verification field.

3. Submit the Code:

   • Click the Continue button to proceed.

   
4. Successful Verification:

   • Once the code is accepted, you will see a confirmation message.

   • Your account is now verified!

   

What to Do If the Verification Code Does Not Work:

1. Ensure Accuracy:

   • Copy the code directly from your email and paste it into the verification field.

   
2. Resend Code:

   • If the code still doesn’t work, click the Resend Code button.

   • A new verification code will be sent to your email.

   • Repeat the verification process with the new code.

   • Once the verification is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

And, That’s it. You now have an AgnecyHandy-verified account.

Important Notes:

• Code Expiry: Verification codes may expire after a certain time. If this happens, click Resend Code to get a new one.

• Email Delivery Issues: If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Ensure your registered email address is correct.

• Browser Compatibility: Use an updated browser to avoid issues during verification.

• Account Security: Keep your email secure, as it is used for account verification and recovery.

• Mandatory Step: Verification is required to access some premium features on AgencyHandy.
