Agency Handy User Review Feature – Frequently Asked Questions


1. What is the User Review feature in Agency Handy?

The User Review feature allows clients to leave feedback on services they have purchased, including a 5-star rating and optional text feedback.


2. Who can leave a review on Agency Handy?

Only clients who have purchased a service or completed at least one subscription cycle can leave a review.


3. Can a client leave multiple reviews for the same order?

No, clients can leave only one review per order. However, they can update or resubmit their review if it gets rejected.


4. How can a client submit a review?

Clients can log in, navigate to the Orders section, select the completed service, click on Leave a Review, and fill out the rating and feedback form.


5. What are the required fields when submitting a review?

Clients must select a star rating (1 to 5). The feedback text is optional (up to 500 characters).

No, clients cannot edit a submitted review directly, but they can resubmit a new review if the original was rejected.
