Only users with administrative access or the appropriate permissions can access and modify the General Settings.

3. How do I navigate to the General Settings?

  • Log in to your Agency Handy account.

  • Navigate to the Workspace Config section from the left column.

  • Click on General Settings.

  • In the General Settings, click on the Upload Logo option.

  • Select and upload your desired logo file from your device.

  • Ensure the logo meets the required dimensions and formats:

    • Circle Logo: 32x32 pixels

    • Favicon Logo: 16x16 pixels

    • Rectangle Logo: 142x36 pixels

  • Supported formats include PNG, JPG, or SVG.

5. What is the significance of uploading different types of logos?

  • Circle Logo: Used in various parts of the platform for branding.

  • Favicon Logo: Appears in browser tabs.
