1. What is the Client Profile feature in AgencyHandy?
The Client Profile feature allows users to add or invite clients to the platform, enabling centralized communication, project management, and collaboration.
2. Who can create a client profile in AgencyHandy?
Only Super Admins or Admins with active accounts on AgencyHandy can create or invite clients.
3. What information is required to create a client profile?
You will need to provide the client’s name, email address, and any other relevant details.
4. How do I access the client creation feature?
Log in to your AgencyHandy account, navigate to the Clients section, and click on + Create Client at the top right corner.
5. Can I edit a client’s profile after it is created?
Yes, Admins and Super Admins can update client details anytime from the Clients section.
6. Will the client receive a notification after profile creation?
Yes, the client will receive an email containing a secure login URL.
7. What happens when the client clicks the secure login URL?
Clicking the URL will create the client profile and prompt the client to set up their access.
8. Can I create a client profile without an email address?
No, the email address is mandatory to send the login URL and complete the client profile setup.
9. What should I do if the client did not receive the login URL email?
Check for any typos in the email address or ask the client to check their spam folder. You can also resend the invitation from the client profile.
10. Can I invite multiple clients at once?
Currently, client profiles are created one by one. You need to repeat the process for each client.
11. How do I verify if the client profile is successfully created?
Once created, the client profile will appear in the Clients list in your dashboard.
12. Can I delete a client profile after creation?
Yes, Admins can delete client profiles if they are no longer needed.
13. Will deleting a client profile remove their data from the system?
Yes, deleting a profile permanently removes the client’s data and cannot be undone. However, if that client has ongoing orders, they will grey out and become cancelled.
14. Can clients update their own profile information?
No. They can't.
15. Is it possible to restrict a client’s access to certain features?
No. Right now, Agency Handy doesn't have any role edit preference.
16. Can I resend the secure login URL to a client if needed?
Yes, you can resend the invitation from the client section.
17. What should I do if the client’s email address is incorrect?
Delete the client profile and create it again with the updated email address, then resend the login invitation.
18. Can I see whether the client has activated their profile?
Yes, the client profile will show an Active status once the client completes the setup.
19. What if the client forgets their login credentials?
Clients can use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset their password.
20. How do I manage client profiles after creation?
You can manage client profiles from the Clients section, where you can see the clients' recent orders, tickets, invoices, notes, and edit or delete profiles as needed.
21. Can I export a list of all client profiles?
Yes, you can export client data from the Clients section in CSV or Excel format.
22. Is there a limit to the number of client profiles I can create?
No. There is no limit to the number of client profiles right now.
23. Can I assign multiple admins to manage client profiles?
Yes, you can grant admin privileges to other users to manage client profiles.
24. What should I do if I accidentally delete a client profile?
Once deleted, client profiles cannot be recovered. Always double-check before confirming deletion.
25. Can I customize the email template sent to clients during profile creation?
Yes, you can customize the welcome email from the Email Template settings in your dashboard.
