Why it's Needed:

Hosting your AgencyHandy platform with Cloudflare ensures improved performance, increased uptime, and enhanced security for your agency's operations and client data. Cloudflare's CDN accelerates content delivery, reducing latency and improving page load times, while its security features protect against DDoS attacks, malicious bots, and other cyber threats.

Pre-Condition:

  • To use AgencyHandy hosting with Cloudflare, you need an active AgencyHandy subscription and a Cloudflare account.

  • Additionally, you should have the necessary permissions to manage DNS settings for your domain.

Steps to Host with Cloudflare:

  • Sign up for Cloudflare: Create a Cloudflare account if you don't have one already. Visit the Cloudflare website and follow the instructions to sign up.

  • Add your Domain: After signing up, add your domain to Cloudflare by entering your domain name and following the prompts to scan your DNS records.

  • Update DNS Settings: Once your domain is added, Cloudflare will provide you with new nameservers. Log in to your domain registrar's account and update your domain's nameservers to the ones provided by Cloudflare.

  • Manage DNS: Go to DNS management and click the + Add Records. Choose & Add Type, Name, Content/ Target, TTL etc.

  • Disable Cloudflare Proxy: In your Cloudflare dashboard, navigate to the DNS settings for your domain and ensure that the orange cloud icon is disabled for all relevant DNS records.

  • Save records: After providing all the information correctly, check it one more time. Then click the Save button. Your DNS record will be saved.
