2.5.4 Set Up Sign-In Portal
The Sign-in Portal feature in AgencyHandy allows agencies to customize the appearance of their sign-in page to reflect their brand identity. Agencies can personalize the sign-in page by providing a custom heading, uploading images, and adding a brief description.
Purpose:
Customizing the sign-in portal is essential for the following reasons:
Brand Consistency: Tailoring the sign-in page to align with the agency's brand identity ensures consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing brand recognition.
Professionalism: A customized sign-in page gives a professional impression to users and clients, enhancing the overall user experience.
Brand Identity: By incorporating branding elements such as logos and colors, agencies can strengthen their brand identity and create a memorable first impression for users.
Pre-condition to Use the Feature:
Users must have administrative access to the AgencyHandy workspace to configure the sign-in portal settings.
Steps to Use:
Access Workspace Settings: Log in to AgencyHandy and navigate to the workspace settings section.
Navigate to Sign-in Portal Settings: Look for the option related to Sign-in Portal or Portal Settings within the workspace settings menu.
Customize Heading: Enter a custom heading for the sign-in page in the provided field. The heading should be concise and limited to a maximum of 120 characters.
Upload Images: Use the upload or drag-and-drop functionality to add images (png, jpg, jpeg) to the sign-in page. Ensure that the image size does not exceed 5 MB to maintain optimal performance.
Add Subtext: Provide a short description or subtext for the sign-in page in the designated field. The subtext should be brief and limited to a maximum of 300 characters.
Preview and Save Changes: Review the customized sign-in page layout using the preview option. Once satisfied with the changes, click on the "Save" or "Update" button to apply the modifications.
