AgencyHandy allows users to delete workspaces that are no longer needed directly from the workspace configuration's general settings. This action removes all data and settings associated with the workspace, ensuring your account remains organized.

Deleting a workspace is crucial for maintaining an organized account. It helps in removing outdated or unused workspaces, ensuring only relevant data is retained. This feature is useful for agencies that have completed their projects or no longer require certain workspaces.

Pre-Condition:

To delete a workspace in AgencyHandy, users must have administrative access or the necessary permissions to manage and delete workspaces.

Steps to Delete a Workspace in AgencyHandy:

  1. Log in to AgencyHandy:

    • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage and delete workspaces.

  2. Select the Workspace:

    • Navigate to the workspace you want to delete.

  3. Access Workspace Configuration:

    • Click on the workspace name at the top left corner.

    • Select "Workspace config." from the left side menu.

  4. Open General Settings:

    • Inside Workspace config. locate and select "General Settings."

  5. Initiate Deletion Process:

    • Look down to find the "Delete Workspace" option.

    • Click on "Delete Workspace."

  6. Confirm Deletion:
