3.1.1 Create a Service with Multiple Packages, Default Tasks & FAQs

The Creating a Service feature in AgencyHandy allows users to add new services they offer to their profile. It provides a simple and efficient way for users to showcase their services, enhancing their visibility and attracting potential clients.
Users must have an active account on AgencyHandy
Users must be logged in.
The User must be a Super Admin/Admin to create a service.
Access Service Creation: Log in to your AgencyHandy account.
Navigate to Services: Find and click on your account dashboard's "Services" section from the left column.
Open Form: Go to your account's Dashboard and click the Service button from the left column. A form will appear.
Service Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name for the service, making it easy for clients to understand what you offer.
Upload Cover Image: Enhance the visual appeal of your services by uploading a cover image that represents the service effectively (PNG, JPG, JPEG; max 5 MB).
Description: Add a detailed service description outlining its key features and benefits to potential clients.
Set Pricing Options
One-Time Payment: Specify a fixed price for clients who prefer a one-time payment for the service.
Recurring Payment: Offer subscription-based services with recurring payment options. Define the billing frequency, such as monthly or annually.
Duration: Tailor your services further by defining the service duration. This allows you to manage service availability and usage effectively.
Currency: Choose your currency type from the currency section and input the amount accordingly.
Publish: Activate the radio button to bring your vision to life by publishing your service offerings. Click the Next button.
Add Packages: Click the "+ Add More Packages" button to create up to 3 packages.
Package Details:
Package Name: Enter the name of each package.
What's Included: List important offerings (up to 15 per package).
Duration: Define the duration for each package (e.g., days, weeks, months, years).
Amount: Set the price for each package.
Add Trial Period: Clicking the button will ask you to set the days for the free trial.
Click the "Next" button to proceed.
Clients need to describe the service by adding default tasks and FAQs.
Default Tasks: Add tasks by clicking the "Describe Service" button.
FAQs: Add frequently asked questions by clicking the "+ Add Questions" button.
Click the "Save & Continue" button to move to the next section. Both actions are optional.
Create New Intake Form: Click "+ Create New Intake Form" to create a new form or select an existing form.
Skip Section: Optionally, skip this section if no intake form is needed.
Click the "Update" button to save or "Skip" to bypass this section and create the service.
Congratulations! You have created your service with packages. It will be stored in the Service section; you can access it anytime.
Service Name: Ensure the name is descriptive and easy to understand for potential clients.
Package Limits: You can add up to 3 packages per service. Each package should have a clear name and detailed offerings.
FAQs: Provide comprehensive answers to common questions to assist clients in understanding your service better.
Intake Form: An intake form is optional but recommended to collect necessary information from clients before starting the service.
Publication: Ensure the service is published to make it visible to potential clients.
