Create Multiple Package Group

The "Create Multiple Package Group" feature allows users to organize multiple services into a single group. This is useful for managing and presenting related services, enhancing user experience and service management.

Pre-conditions

  • User Permissions: Ensure you have administrative or appropriate permissions to create and manage service groups.

  • Existing Services: Have multiple services ready to be grouped together.

  • Catalogue Access: Ensure you have access to the service catalogue where you want to create the group.

Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Access your Agency Handy account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Services Section

    • Go to the "Services" section from the main menu to view all available services. Click the "Select Multiple Service" button.

  3. Select Multiple Services

    • Choose the services you want to group by selecting the checkboxes next to them.

  4. Group Services

    • Click the "Group Selected Service" button to open a new form for creating a package group.

  5. Fill Out the Group Form

    • Group Name: Enter a name for the group that reflects the services included (e.g., "Marketing Essentials Bundle").

    • Group Description: Provide a brief description outlining the group’s offerings and purpose.

    • Upload Group Images: Add images to represent the group visually.

    • Publish Options: Choose whether to publish the group immediately or later.

    • Catalogue Visibility: Select "Do Not Show to Catalog" if you do not want the group to be visible in the catalogue.

    • Click the "Save" button to finalize the creation of the package group.

  6. View Group

    • After saving, click the "View Group Service" button to view the grouped services. From this view, you can review and manage the services within the group.
