Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Access your Agency Handy account with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Product/Service Configuration

    • Go to the section where you can define products and services.

  3. Define Pricing Models

    • One-Time Pricing: Set up multiple pricing tiers for one-time services (e.g., Tier 1: $100, Tier 2: $200, Tier 3: $300).

    • Subscription Pricing: Configure subscription-based pricing with different intervals (e.g., Weekly: $7, Monthly: $20).

  4. Configure Pricing Details

    • Ensure that only one pricing option is selected when creating an order, and an invoice is generated based on that price.

  5. Save and Review

    • Save your configurations and review the pricing options to ensure they are displayed correctly to customers.

2. Multiple Packages

The multiple packages feature enables businesses to offer up to three service packages per service, allowing clients to choose from various options that best fit their needs.

  • Administrative Permissions: Super Admin, Admin, and PM roles are required to create and manage packages.

  • Service Definition: Services must be defined before adding packages.

  • Package Limits: A maximum of three packages can be created per service.

Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Use your credentials to access your Agency Handy account.

  2. Create a Service

    • Navigate to the service creation section and define the service.

  3. Add Packages

    • Click on the option to add packages (up to three) to the service.

    • Package Details: Provide a name (max 64 characters) and detailed description (max 140 characters) for each package.

    • Pricing: Set pricing based on the service model (one-time or subscription).

  4. Manage Packages

    • Edit: Modify the name, features, or pricing of existing packages.

    • Delete: Remove packages if there are no active orders with that package. Ensure that packages with pending or ongoing orders cannot be deleted. Changes to packages will not impact update orders.

  5. Client Purchase Process

    • Browse Catalog: Navigate to the catalogue to view available services.

    • View Details: Select "View Details" to see available packages.

    • Initiate Purchase: Click "Purchase" to start the buying process.

    • Select Package: Choose the desired package and complete the order form.

    • Payment and Proposal: Complete the payment and generate proposals based on selected packages.

Important Notes

  • Package Limits: Adhere to the maximum limit of three packages per service.

  • Order Impact: Package changes will not affect existing orders but will apply to new ones.

  • Client View: Ensure that clients can easily compare and select packages.

  • Webhooks: Implement webhooks for package creation, deletion, and updates to keep integrations in sync.
