User Review
The User Review feature in Agency Handy enables clients to share feedback on the services they have purchased. This helps service providers improve their offerings and guides potential clients in making informed decisions.
What:
This feature allows clients to leave reviews for purchased services, with a 5-star rating system and optional text feedback. Service providers can view, moderate, and display reviews to ensure quality and transparency.
Purpose:
For Clients: To share their experience and guide other users in choosing services.
For Service Providers: To gain insights into client satisfaction and improve their services.
Pre-conditions:
Clients must have purchased a service or completed at least one subscription cycle to leave a review.
Service Providers (Admins/Super Admins) can request reviews from clients.
Clients can only leave a review for a specific service once per order, but there’s no limit on how many times they can update or resubmit their review if rejected.
Steps to Use:
For Clients:
To Submit a Review:
Log in to Agency Handy.
Navigate to the "Orders" section.
Find the completed service or subscription and click the "Leave a Review" button.
Fill out the Review Form:
Rating: Select a rating between 1 and 5 stars.
Optional Review Text: Provide additional feedback (0-500 characters).
Service Name & Order ID: Automatically displayed.
Click "Submit."
When Requested by an Agency:
You will receive a notification: “You’ve been asked to leave a review for [Service Name] by [Agency Name].” that [Agency Name] has asked you.
Click the provided link or navigate the service and follow the steps above.
For Service Providers:
To Request a Review:
Log in to Agency Handy.
Navigate to the "Service Management" section and find the service.
Click the "Request Review" button.
Add a personalized thank-you message (optional, max 140 characters).
Send the request to the client.
To Manage Reviews:
Go to the "Review Management" section under the specific service.
View all reviews with details like rating, feedback text, and attached files (if any).
For inappropriate reviews:
Click "Reject" to remove the review.
Approved reviews will display publicly on the service page.
You can delete any approved review if needed.
Important Notes:
Submission Rules:
Clients can leave star-only reviews if they choose.
Detailed feedback is optional (0-500 characters) to provide flexibility for clients in sharing their experiences.
Moderation:
Admins and Super Admins can approve, reject, or delete reviews but cannot edit client reviews.
Approved reviews can be deleted by agencies if necessary.
Display Rules:
Service pages will display:
Average rating.
A breakdown of star ratings.
The latest 3-5 reviews.
A “View All Reviews” option for detailed reviews.
Re-submission:
Clients can resubmit reviews if their original review is rejected.
There’s no limit to how many reviews can be submitted for a single order.
Notifications:
For Clients:
After submission: “Thank you for submitting your review on [Service Name].”
When requested: “You’ve been asked to leave a review for [Service Name] by [Agency Name].”
For Service Providers:
After a review is submitted: “You’ve received a new review from [Client Name] on [Service Name].”
Additional Information:
Reviews are service-based only, not package-based.
Clients with subscriptions can leave reviews after completing at least one subscription cycle.
Clients can post reviews with only stars and no text if desired.
There is no limit to the number of reviews a client can post for a single order, ensuring that clients can share ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
