3.2.3 Export Clients

The "Export Clients" feature in Agency Handy enables users to extract client information from the system and save it in an external file format. This is valuable for data backup, sharing information with stakeholders, or integrating with other tools and systems.


  • Data Backup: Securely store client information externally for safekeeping.

  • Easy Sharing: Share client data with team members or external partners.

  • Integration: Import client data into other systems or software for enhanced workflow.

  • Reporting: Use exported data for detailed analysis and reporting.

Pre-condition to use the feature

  • User Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to export client data.

  • Client Data: Confirm that the client information you wish to export is up-to-date and complete.

Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Access your Agency Handy account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Client Management Section

    • From the main menu, select “Clients” to view your client list.

  3. Initiate Export Process

    • Click on the “Export” button, usually found at the top right corner of the client list.

  4. Customize Export Options

    • Choose the columns you want to export. Depending on your needs, you can select all columns or specific ones.

    • Choose specific fields to include in the export, such as names, contact details, project history, etc.

    • Apply filters if necessary to narrow down the client list.

  5. Choose Export Format

    • Select the desired file format for the export (e.g., CSV, xlsx files).

  6. Confirm and Export

    • Review your selection and settings to ensure everything is correct.

    • Click “Export” to generate the file.

  7. Download the Exported File

    • Once the export is complete, download the file to your device.

    • Save the file in a secure location and share it as needed.
