The "Export Clients" feature in Agency Handy enables users to extract client information from the system and save it in an external file format. This is valuable for data backup, sharing information with stakeholders, or integrating with other tools and systems.

Pre-condition to use the feature

  • User Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to export client data.

  • Client Data: Confirm that the client information you wish to export is up-to-date and complete.

Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Access your Agency Handy account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Client Management Section

    • From the main menu, select “Clients” to view your client list.

  3. Initiate Export Process

    • Click on the “Export” button, usually found at the top right corner of the client list.

  4. Customize Export Options

    • Choose the columns you want to export. Depending on your needs, you can select all columns or specific ones.
