Deleting a client profile is essential for maintaining a streamlined and organized client list within AgencyHandy. Removing outdated or irrelevant client profiles ensures users have an accurate and up-to-date representation of their client base. It also helps declutter the account and improves overall account management efficiency by focusing on active and relevant client relationships. Additionally, deleting client profiles when necessary ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for data management.
Users must have an active account on AgencyHandy and be logged in.
Users must be Super Admin/ Admin to delete client profiles.
Access Client Management: Log in to your AgencyHandy account.
Navigate to Clients: Go to the "Clients" section in your account dashboard.
Select Client Profile: Click the tick button on the client profile you want to delete.
Initiate Deletion: Look for an option to "Delete Client" and click on it.
Confirmation: A confirmation prompt will pop up to ensure you want to delete the client profile.
Final Confirmation: Confirm that you want to delete the client profile. Click the "Yes, Delete it" button. This action is irreversible.
Once confirmed, the client profile will be permanently deleted from your account.
Deleting a client profile cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
