Create Client Group

The "Create Client Group" feature allows users to organize clients into groups for better management and targeted service configurations. This feature simplifies grouping clients based on specific criteria or needs, facilitating easier access and configuration management.

Pre-conditions

  • User Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create and manage client groups.

  • Existing Clients: Have clients already added to the system to include them in the new group.

Steps to Use

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Access your Agency Handy account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Client Configuration Section

    • Go to the "Client" section and select "Configuration."

  3. Create a New Client Group

    • Click the "+ Create Group" button.

    • A form will pop up with the following fields:

      • Group Name: Enter a unique name for the client group.

      • Select Clients: Use the down arrow button to select clients to be included in the group.

      • Description: Add a brief description of the group to outline its purpose or criteria.

    • Click the "Save" button to create the group.

  4. View and Manage the Client Group

    • The newly created group will be saved and accessible from the "Client Group" section.

    • Click the "View Group Clients" button to see the clients included in the group.

Important Notes

  • Group Naming: Choose a clear and descriptive name for the client group to avoid confusion and ensure easy identification.

  • Client Selection: Ensure that all relevant clients are selected when creating the group so that it accurately reflects the intended grouping.

  • Group Management: Regularly review and update client groups to keep them relevant and effective for your business needs.

  • Description Field: Use the description field to provide context or additional information about the client group, which can be helpful for future reference and management.
