The feature enables clients to create tasks directly within their orders, improving collaboration and making task management more efficient. This ensures that both the agency and client stay aligned on project deliverables and task responsibilities.
Active Client Account: The client must have an active account on AgencyHandy.
Logged-in Client: The client must be logged in to create tasks within an order.
Existing Order: The client must have an existing order with the agency to create tasks.
Log in to Your Client Account:
Access your AgencyHandy account as a client.
Navigate to the Order Section:
From the left column, click on the Order section.
Select an Order:
Choose the order in which you want to create a task from the list of your active orders.
Request a Task:
Find the + Request a Task button inside the selected order and click it.
Fill Out the Task Creation Form:
Task Name: Provide a clear and concise name for the task.
Description: Add a detailed description of the task, outlining specific requirements.
Attachment: Upload any necessary files that are relevant to the task. (Accepted file formats: CSV, ODT, DOC, DOCX, HTM, HTML, PDF, PPT, PPTX, TXT, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, AI, MP4, MP3, WAV, ZIP, RAR. Maximum file size: 1 GB. Currently, only one attachment can be added.)
You can Click to Upload or Drag and Drop the attachment.
Set Task Dates: Define the task’s start and end dates to help manage timelines.
Submit Task Request:
Once you have filled in all the details, click the Request button. The task will be submitted to the agency for review.
Agency Review:
The team will receive a notification of the new task request from the agency side.
The agency can click on the notification, directing them to the requested task.
The agency has the option to Approve or Reject the task. Before making a decision, they can also Preview the attached files by clicking the Preview button.
File Format and Size: Ensure that attachments meet the accepted formats and size limits (1 GB).
Task Management: Once an agency approves a task, it becomes part of the project workflow.
Clear Communication: Clients are encouraged to provide detailed descriptions and relevant attachments to ensure that the task is fully understood.
Agency Decision: The agency holds the discretion to accept or reject the task based on its relevance to the project.
