3.4.1.1 Send a Proposal
Creating proposals is essential for agencies to attract and win new clients by presenting their services and offerings in a professional and persuasive manner. This feature streamlines the proposal creation process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in generating proposals that align with the agency's branding and messaging.
Pre-condition to Use the Feature:
Users must have an active account on AgencyHandy and be logged in.
At least 1 service must be published.
Users must be Super Admin/ Admin/ PM to create and manage proposals.
Steps to Use:
Log in to AgencyHandy: Access your AgencyHandy account using your credentials.
Navigate to Proposals: Locate the "Proposals" section in the dashboard menu.
Initiate a New Proposal: Click the option to create a new proposal. A form will pop up.
Customize Proposal Details: Fill in the details of the proposal, including client information, services offered, pricing, terms, and any other relevant information.
Here's an outline of how the form operates.
Client Information: Initially, input the client's name to personalize the quotation, ensuring it's directed appropriately.
Service Identification: The service name is entered next, to clarify the scope of services offered to the client.
Project Manager Assignment: A clear point of contact is established for the client by entering the project manager's name. This is optional.
Order Detailing:
Order Brief: Concisely summarize the order, explaining the project.
Attachment: Attach any necessary files or documents for additional information or specifications.
Quantity: Specify the quantity of products or services offered.
Budget: Provide a budget estimate to set financial expectations.
Duration: State the project duration to set clear timeline expectations.
Preview Proposal: Review the completed proposal to ensure accuracy.
Edit and Finalize: Make any necessary edits or revisions to the proposal and finalize the document.
Send Proposal: Once the proposal is finalized, Click the Create button. The proposal will be sent to the client.
Track Proposal Status: Monitor the status of the proposal, including whether it has been viewed, accepted, or declined by the client.
