3.4.1.2 Accept a Proposal

Accepting a proposal is essential for formalizing agreements between users and clients, indicating their intention to proceed with the proposed services or products outlined in the quotation. This feature facilitates clear communication and ensures that both parties are in alignment regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed agreement.

Pre-condition to Use the Feature:

  • Users must have an active account on AgencyHandy and be logged in.

  • Users must be Super Admin/ Admin/ PM to create and manage proposals.

Steps to Use:

  • Log in to AgencyHandy: Access your AgencyHandy account using your credentials.

  • Navigate to Proposals: Locate the "Proposals" section in the dashboard menu. Click it and go to the "Received" section.

  • Select Proposal to Accept: Choose the specific proposal you want to accept from the list of received proposals.

  • Review Proposal Details: Review the contents of the proposal to ensure alignment with your expectations and requirements.

  • Confirm Acceptance: Confirm your decision to accept the proposal. This action indicates formal acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the proposal. Click the Accept button.

  • Acknowledge Confirmation: Upon confirming acceptance, acknowledge the confirmation message or notification to complete the process.

  • Update Status: The status of the proposal will be updated to reflect acceptance, providing clarity to both parties involved.

  • Communicate Next Steps: If necessary, communicate any additional steps or actions required following the acceptance of the proposal, such as signing a contract or initiating project kickoff.

Important Notes:

  • Admin, Super Admin, PM, and Client can create a proposal.

  • Admin, Super Admin, and PM can send it to the Client. The client will get a notification.

  • The client can review it and send it back to the agency. Super Admin & Admin will get a notification.

  • Super Admin, Admin can review the quotation.

  • If any side accepts, it will create an order automatically.

  • If rejected, a reasoning notification will be sent to the client/agency.
