3.4.2 Sending a Proposal with Specific Package

The "Sending a Proposal" feature allows clients and agencies to create and send detailed proposals to each other. This process ensures both parties can communicate a service or project's terms, pricing, and specifics before proceeding.
Structured Communication: Clearly outline the details and terms of the proposal, minimizing misunderstandings.
Customizable Options: Include various service packages and pricing structures to tailor the proposal to specific needs.
Documentation: Attach files and provide comprehensive details to support the proposal.
Active Account: Users must have an active account on AgencyHandy.
Login Required: Users must be logged in to their AgencyHandy account.
Access Proposal Creation
Log in to your AgencyHandy account.
Navigate to the "Proposal" section.
Create a New Proposal
Click the "+ Create Proposal" button. A form will pop up.
Fill Out the Proposal Form
Client's Name: Enter the name of the client.
Service Name: Select the service for which the proposal is created (mandatory).
If the service has package options, they will be displayed. Choose a package for the client or agency as applicable.
Manager (Optional): Select a manager to be associated with the proposal if desired.
Order Details: Provide specific details about the order.
Order Brief (Mandatory): Write a brief description of the order.
Attachment: Upload relevant files by clicking to upload or dragging and dropping them (the max file size is 1 GB).
Pricing: The pricing fields will auto-fill according to the selected service, with one-time or subscription-based pricing options.
Duration: Specify the duration of the service (e.g., day, week, month, year).
Quantity: Enter the number of services being proposed.
Budget & Currency: Provide your preferred budget for negotiation and select the currency.
Terms and Conditions: Include any terms and conditions relevant to the proposal.
Create and Send Proposal
Click the "Create" button to finalize and send the proposal.
The proposal will be created and sent to the client or agency.
Access the sent proposal from the "Received" section within the Proposal tab.
You can accept/ reject/download from here.
If you accept, click the Accept and Download buttons to download it for further action.
Service Packages: Select the appropriate package for accurate pricing and details if the service includes multiple packages.
Attachments: Ensure the attachments are relevant within the 1 GB file size limit.
Pricing and Duration: Double-check that the auto-filled pricing and duration details are correct before finalizing the proposal.
Budget & Currency: Specify the budget and currency to facilitate smooth negotiations.
Terms and Conditions: Include all necessary terms and conditions to avoid future disputes.
