The Wise support in manual subscription invoices allows users to streamline payment collection by adding Wise payment links directly into their invoices. This feature enhances payment flexibility and will enable clients to complete transactions conveniently.
Active Account: Users must have an active AgencyHandy account.
Login Required: Users must be logged in to create and manage invoices.
Wise Account: Users must have an active Wise account to generate payment links.
Log in to Your Account:
Access your AgencyHandy account using your credentials.
Navigate to the Invoice Section:
From the dashboard, click on the Invoice section.
Create a New Invoice:
Click on the + Create Invoice button.
Select Client Name:
Choose the client from the dropdown list. All related Order IDs associated with the client will appear.
Add Order Details:
Enter the necessary details, including:
Order ID
Amount
Add Item (service/product being billed)
Apply Discounts and Taxes:
Add the Discount Percentage (%), Discount Amount, Paid Amount, Due Amount, VAT & TAX information, and other details like notes or billing addresses.
Add Wise Payment Link:
In the payment method section, select Wise as the payment option.
Paste the Wise payment link into the provided field.
Save the Invoice:
Once all details have been added, click the Save button to finalize the invoice.
Wise Account: Before pasting the payment link into the invoice, ensure you have a valid Wise account and have generated the correct payment link.
Invoice Details: Double-check all orders, discounts, and tax information to avoid errors before saving the invoice.
Payment Flexibility: Using Wise offers a reliable solution for international payments, making it a valuable addition to your billing process.
